Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani is an Indian businessman and current chairman and CEO of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), an Indian conglomerate headquartered in India. RIL is one of the largest publicly traded companies in India by market capitalisation and it is also India's largest private sector company by revenue and profit. Mr. Ambani ranked 42nd among the 'World's Most Respected Business Leaders' and second among the four Indian Chief Executive Officer's featured in a survey conducted by Pricewaterhouse Coopers and published in Financial Times, London, in November, 2004. Mr. Ambani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Mumbai and MBA from Stanford University, USA.
